- To establish the project’s coordination strategy for successful overall project implementation
- To create management structures enabling proper management of the project
- To ensure high quality implementation of the project activities and tasks
- To assure effective communication and collaboration between all participating organizations
- To oversee the overall legal, administrative and financial management
- To develop standards and procedures ensuring adequate project management, quality management and coordination of
the action - To ensure the timely decision-making processes including risk management and results’ reports
- To ensure that ethics are permeated all aspects of the project
